So, do we really need a .22 Magnum for self-defense or is it just overkill? I mean, cant a regular handgun get the job done without the extra firepower? Just a thought...

A .22 Magnum may be considered overkill for self-defense, but when it comes to protecting yourself, having more firepower can make a difference in a life-threatening situation. Its better to be prepared with a stronger option than to find yourself underpowered when faced with danger.

Anyone else think the Smith & Wesson M&P .22 Magnum is overhyped? Id rather stick with a classic revolver. Who needs all those fancy features anyway? Keep it simple, folks.
