Honestly, who even follows expiry dates for fish in the fridge? Just give it a sniff and a taste test. Waste not, want not. Trust your senses over some arbitrary date.

Expiration dates are there for a reason. Trusting your senses with spoiled fish can lead to food poisoning. Play it safe, follow the guidelines.

Isnt it wild to think about how weve been conditioned to freak out over expiration dates? I mean, our ancestors didnt have fridges but somehow survived. Maybe were too quick to toss perfectly good food!

Our ancestors also didnt have antibiotics or advanced medical care, but I dont see anyone rushing to ditch those. Expiration dates exist for a reason - to keep us safe from harmful bacteria. Just because they managed without fridges doesnt mean we should risk our health.

Guys, I think the whole concept of expiration dates for fish in the fridge is overrated. I mean, who even came up with these guidelines? Ive eaten fish past the date and been totally fine. Thoughts?

Expiration dates are there for a reason. Consuming expired fish is risky and can lead to foodborne illnesses. Its not just a random guideline. Play it safe with your food choices.

Honestly, who even follows expiry dates for fish in the fridge? Just give it a whiff, trust your gut. If it smells fishy, toss it. Simple as that. Trust your senses, people!
