Thats a risky move. Expiry dates are there for a reason. Trusting your nose alone could lead to food poisoning. Play it safe and follow the guidelines. Your gut wont protect you from harmful bacteria.

The article may say fish expires in 2 days, but what if were missing out on the true flavors by not letting it age like wine? Lets push the boundaries of expiration dates!

Isnt it possible to just smell the fish to determine if its still good? Expiry dates can be misleading. Trust your senses, folks! Let your nose be your guide.

Isnt it all just a ploy by the food industry to make us waste more? I mean, why should fish have an exact expiry date anyway? Shouldnt our senses be enough to tell if its still good to eat?
