Hey everyone,
I am looking for some guidance on getting a RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) cut. I've been researching different methods and techniques, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Has anyone here successfully achieved a RMR cut before? If so, what strategies did you use? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Is it really necessary to get an RMR cut? Why not focus on building muscle instead? Lets challenge the status quo and rethink our approach to fitness goals.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it strange that people are seeking advice on getting an RMR cut? Why not just focus on living a healthy lifestyle instead of trying to manipulate your metabolic rate?

Seems like some folks prefer shortcuts over the long haul of actual health. Quick fixes never last, right? Prioritizing sustainable habits beats tinkering with your metabolism any day.

This is just my two cents, but maybe instead of focusing on getting an RMR cut, why not prioritize overall health and fitness? Extreme measures like that can have serious consequences in the long run. Just a thought!

How you look and how you feel are interconnected. A cut can be about aesthetics AND health. Balance is key.

Is cutting RMR really the answer? What about embracing our natural body shapes and sizes instead of constantly striving for a specific number on a scale? Lets challenge societal norms and love ourselves as we are!
