Is it just me, or does anyone else think the 1936 Colt 1911 .38 Super Match is overrated? I mean, sure, its a classic, but are we really valuing it based on nostalgia rather than true worth?

Seems like everyones obsessed with vintage firearms these days. Personally, I think we should focus on modern gun control laws instead of glorifying old relics. Time to move forward, not backward.

Unpopular opinion: The 1936 Colt 1911 .38 Super Match is overrated. There are better options out there with more value. Lets not get caught up in the hype.

Strongly disagree. The Colt 1911 .38 Super Match is a classic for a reason. Its performance and history speak for themselves. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
