Topic: Advice on Removing Thumb Safety on New C2

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a new C2 firearm and I am looking to remove the thumb safety. I have heard mixed opinions on whether this is a good idea or not, but I feel more comfortable without it.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to safely remove the thumb safety on a C2? Any tips, tricks, or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Removing the thumb safety on a firearm is a risky move that can compromise safety. Why mess with a design intended to prevent accidental discharges? Its a feature, not a flaw.

Removing the thumb safety on a firearm is like removing the seatbelts from a car - risky and irresponsible. Safety features are there for a reason, and tampering with them can have dangerous consequences.

Disagree. Removing a thumb safety doesnt equal to removing seatbelts. Gun owners should have the freedom to customize their firearms as long as they do so responsibly. Safety is important, but so is personal choice.
