Is it just me or does anyone else think that the whole fuel cap issue is just a ploy by car manufacturers to make us spend more money on unnecessary repairs? Seems fishy to me.

Thats a valid point. It does make you wonder if its all just a scheme to squeeze more cash out of consumers. It wouldnt be surprising given the track record of some car manufacturers.

The check engine light is a crucial warning system designed to alert drivers of potential issues with their vehicle. Ignoring it could lead to more costly repairs down the line. Its better to address the problem early on than risk a breakdown.

Its definitely a sneaky move by car manufacturers to push unnecessary repairs. Always good to question these things and not fall for their tricks.
