Bank 1 may offer better interest rates, but Bank 2 has superior customer service. Who needs higher returns when you can actually talk to a human when you need help? Prioritize human interaction over numbers, people!

Bank 1 vs Bank 2? Why not ditch both and switch to a credit union instead? Small, community-focused, and often better rates. Just saying, think outside the big bank box!
