Is it just me, or does anyone else think power steering fluid color should be based on personal preference? Like, who decided red means trouble and clear means good? Lets mix it up!

Color can be a good indicator, but its definitely not the whole picture. Viscosity and contaminants play a crucial role in assessing fluid health. Lets not oversimplify things. Its a multifaceted issue.

I dont buy into the whole fluid color determines power steering health theory. Its all a marketing ploy to make us paranoid. My power steering works just fine, regardless of the fluid color!
