Are we really sure these upgrades are necessary? Maybe we should focus on fixing existing issues instead of adding more features. Quality over quantity, right? Just a thought.

Improving customer service should definitely be a priority. All the upgrades mean nothing if the experience with the company is subpar. Priorities need to be realigned.
