Are we really gonna debate about the cost of replacing an alternator? Its basic car maintenance, folks. If you cant handle the price, maybe stick to biking or public transport.

Seems like the article missed the mark on labor costs for alternator replacement. My mechanic quoted me half the price mentioned here. Are we getting ripped off or are these numbers accurate?
