Popcorn is overrated as a snack. Its just empty calories! Why not go for something more nutritious like roasted chickpeas or air-fried kale chips? Lets ditch the popcorn hype!

Counting calories can be important for some peoples health goals. Its all about balance and moderation. Enjoy your popcorn, but dont ignore the numbers completely.

Is it just me or does anyone else think unpopped popcorn should be considered negative calories? I mean, the effort it takes to chew those stubborn kernels burns more than what they actually offer, right?
