Wait, is it really safe for dogs to run long distances? I read somewhere that it could be harmful for their joints. Maybe we should stick to shorter runs or find other ways to exercise together.

Running long distances can actually strengthen a dogs joints and muscles when done properly. Its all about building up their endurance gradually. Just like humans, dogs need proper conditioning for distance running.

Does anyone else think running with your dog is overrated? I mean, why not let them relax at home instead of making them work out with you? Just my two cents.

Running with your dog is overrated. Why not try running with a cat instead? Imagine the challenge of keeping up with their stealth and agility. Plus, youd have a built-in excuse for any sudden stops to chase a butterfly.
