This decision by Harrison is a major letdown for loyal customers. Why limit creativity and personalized service? Custom work is a cornerstone of artisan craftsmanship. Disappointing move, in my opinion.

This decision by Harrison is disappointing. Theyre missing out on potential growth opportunities. Custom work requests could have generated more revenue and diversified their portfolio. A risky move, in my opinion.

This is outrageous! Whats the point of a custom shop if theyre not taking new requests? Customers deserve better than this. Harrison needs to step up their game.

Accepting new custom work requests isnt always the key to growth. Sometimes focusing on quality over quantity can lead to a stronger reputation and loyal customer base. Quality over quantity any day.
