Actually, saturated fats arent the enemy theyve been made out to be. Peanut oils high smoke point and flavor make it a great choice for certain dishes. Sometimes a little indulgence is worth it.

Peanut oil may have a higher smoke point, but canola oil is more versatile. Why limit yourself to one option? Mix it up for different dishes and flavors!

Agreed! Canola oil brings out unique flavors in dishes that peanut oil just cant match. Variety is the spice of life, after all.
