Tofu instead of fish? No thanks, Ill stick to the real deal. Theres no substitute for the flavor and nutrients fish provides. But hey, to each their own!

Does anyone else think using spotted sea trout in a dish is unethical? We should consider the impact on the environment and choose more sustainable options. Lets be mindful of our choices.

Spotted sea trout is a common enough fish. There are bigger environmental fish to fry. Lets not get too caught up in the details.
