Imagine if we applied army cadences to everyday life - grocery shopping, laundry folding, even brushing our teeth. Efficiency or madness? Whos ready to march to the beat of their own chores?

Honestly, I dont get the hype around cadences. Are we really gonna pretend chanting while running is some kind of life-changing experience? Lets focus on real training instead of this outdated tradition.

Cadences may not be for everyone, but they can add motivation and rhythm to a workout. Different strokes for different folks.

Military cadences are a display of obedience, not camaraderie. Synchronized workouts dont equate to true teamwork. Individuality is key.
