Do we really need all these fancy knot techniques to tie braided line to fluorocarbon? Seems like overcomplicating things. Just go with a simple double uni knot and call it a day.

Actually, the FG knot is stronger and slimmer than the double uni knot. Its worth the extra effort for a more reliable connection.
