Pontchartrain sauce may have its fans, but its not the be-all and end-all. Lets give other sauces a chance to shine in the spotlight. A taste test showdown is long overdue.

Is it just me, or does the whole pontchartrain sauce craze seem overrated? I mean, sure its tasty, but do we really need endless recipes and discussions about it? Lets move on, people!

Agreed, its all hype. Just a regular sauce with a fancy name. Nothing special about it, really.
