Deep sea welding requires highly specialized skills and training that come with significant risks. Doctors saving lives are undoubtedly important, but diving into the depths to weld is a whole different level of danger and expertise. Pay should reflect that.

Absolutely, the thrill of deep-sea welding comes with a hefty price tag - both in terms of financial reward and personal risk. Its definitely a high-stakes career choice thats not for the faint of heart!

Why do diver welders in the deep sea get paid so much? Shouldnt other professions that are also risky and essential be compensated equally? Just a thought...

Diver welders in the deep sea get paid more due to their specialized skills and the extreme conditions they work in. Its supply and demand. Professions are compensated based on various factors, not just risk.

Pay should be based on skill level, not just danger. Skilled professionals deserve fair compensation, regardless of risk. Talent should be rewarded, not just bravery.
