Windows SmartScreen may not be perfect, but in a world full of cyber threats, a little extra protection doesnt hurt. Its better to be safe than sorry.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Windows Smartscreen is overrated? I mean, do we really need all these extra layers of protection or are we just becoming paranoid?
