Is it just me or does anyone else think that unpopped popcorn should be considered a negative-calorie food? I mean, the energy it takes to chew those stubborn kernels must burn off some calories, right?

Popcorn is a scam! Who even counts the calories in unpopped kernels? Just eat what tastes good and enjoy life. Dont stress over every little thing. Lifes too short for calorie counting.

Unpopped popcorn having negative calories is just a myth. Your body still processes the calories from the kernels, so it doesnt magically cancel out. Stick to air-popped if youre looking to keep it low-cal.
