Absolutely, clear user manuals are a basic expectation. Gateway needs to step up their game and provide customers with proper guidance. No excuses for confusion here.

What if the gateway computer screens are intentionally glitchy to keep us hooked on troubleshooting? Maybe its a conspiracy to distract us from bigger issues. Just a thought.
