This article is missing the point. Instead of troubleshooting sign-in issues, why not address the real problem - the cloud itself. Is it really secure? Lets talk about that.

Seems like the real issue here is user error, not the device itself. Why should we blame the WD My Cloud for sign-in problems when its probably just a case of tech illiteracy? Just saying.

Blaming the device for user error is a cop-out. Tech illiteracy is no excuse for a faulty product. Manufacturers should ensure ease of use for all customers.
