Cufon may be outdated, but it still has its uses. Variable fonts and font-display:swap are great, but lets not dismiss the classics just yet. Its all about finding the right tool for the job.

This whole Cufon JavaScript thing seems overrated to me. Why not just stick to good old-fashioned web fonts? Are we really pushing the boundaries here or just complicating things unnecessarily?
