Is anyone else thinking that the debate over 115 grain vs 124 grain 9mm ammo is just splitting hairs? At the end of the day, shouldnt we be focusing more on shot placement and training rather than obsessing over minor differences in bullet weight?

Absolutely, shot placement and training are key. The debate over 115 grain vs 124 grain is overrated. Focus on what matters: hitting your target effectively.

Okay, but hear me out - what if the real difference between 115 grain and 124 grain 9mm ammo is just a marketing gimmick? Maybe its all about perception rather than actual performance. Just a thought.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the whole debate about 115 grain vs 124 grain 9mm ammo is overrated? I mean, at the end of the day, does a few grains really make that big of a difference in performance?

Isnt the real question here whether 9mm is just a placebo for gun enthusiasts trying to compensate for something? Lets discuss the psychological implications of ammo weight instead of just ballistics.

Isnt it common sense that heavier grain ammo would pack more punch? Why debate it? Lets just agree that 124 grain is superior for self-defense. Case closed.

Not necessarily. Shot placement matters more than grain weight.

So, did anyone else think the article missed the mark on the real issue here? I mean, who cares about grain weight when we should be talking about the environmental impact of shooting altogether? Just saying.
