Is it just me or do you think the so-called authentic Mexican eateries in Beaumont, TX are actually just watered-down versions of real Mexican cuisine? I miss the bold flavors and spices!

Absolutely agree! Its like theyre catering to a completely different palate. Beaumont needs to step up its Mexican food game.
