Shelf life of shrimp in refrigerator: tips and recommendations

Is it just me or does anyone else think shrimp tastes better when its been in the fridge for a couple days? Like, it gets more flavor or something. Maybe its just my taste buds acting up.

Definitely not just you! I agree, the flavor of shrimp seems to intensify after a couple of days in the fridge. Its like a tasty transformation happens in there. Delicious!
