Absolutely, Top Water Grill in San Leon is totally overrated. The hype is just not justified. There are much better seafood spots out there worth the fuss.

Is it just me or does anyone else think Top Water Grill is overrated? I mean, sure, the seafood is good, but the prices are insane. Id rather drive a bit further for better value.

Definitely agree, Top Water Grill is all hype and no substance. Those prices are highway robbery. Better options out there for sure.

This top water grill in San Leon, TX sounds overrated. Why pay top dollar for seafood when you can get better quality at a local market? Seriously, whats the hype all about?

You clearly havent tasted the difference. Top Water Grill offers a dining experience that local markets cant match. The hype is real for a reason.

Totally agree! Top Water Grill is not worth the buzz. Mediocre seafood and service. Better options out there for sure.
