Modifications for trench sights?

Innovation doesnt always mean improvement. Sometimes sticking to tradition is whats tried and true. Lets not sacrifice accuracy for the sake of novelty.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that modifying trench sights takes away from the historical authenticity of the weapon? Like, shouldnt we preserve these artifacts as they were originally intended?

Respectfully disagree. Adapting trench sights can enhance functionality without sacrificing historical value. Evolution is key to keeping these artifacts relevant.

So, are we seriously debating about trench sights modifications? Seems like a niche topic, but hey, why not stir the pot? Who knew trench warfare could still be a hot topic in 2021?
