Which is better: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel for 1911's?

Stainless steel all the way! Carbon steel may have its fans, but the durability and corrosion resistance of stainless steel make it a no-brainer for me. Plus, who doesnt love that sleek, shiny finish?
