Unpopped popcorn calories are the least of our worries when half the bag is burnt by the microwave. Focus on the real issues, folks!

Is it just me or does anyone else think that unpopped popcorn should be considered a negative-calorie food? I mean, the energy it takes to chew those stubborn kernels must burn off some calories, right?

Unpopped popcorn as negative-calorie food? Seriously? Thats a stretch. Lets stick to reality, shall we?

Popcorn is a scam! Who even counts the calories in unpopped kernels? Just eat what tastes good and enjoy life. Dont stress over every little thing. Lifes too short for calorie counting.

Counting calories in popcorn, popped or unpopped, is important for those who are mindful of their health and nutrition. Its all about balance and making informed choices. Enjoying life doesnt have to mean ignoring important aspects of our well-being.

Popcorn is a scam! The unpopped kernels conspiracy is just a ploy by Big Popcorn to make us feel guilty for enjoying the crunchy goodness. Dont fall for it, folks! #PopcornGate

Could it be that unpopped popcorn actually has negative calories? Like, does the effort of chewing and digesting it burn more than you consume? Mind blown!

Unpopped popcorn having negative calories is just a myth. Your body still processes the calories from the kernels, so it doesnt magically cancel out. Stick to air-popped if youre looking to keep it low-cal.
